Idéalement placé et agréable

Logement très agréable et propre avec superbe vue. Nos petit déjeuners sur la terrasse, un bonheur journalier. Bien équipé, ce logement est parfaitement bien placé sur le nord est de la Sardaigne. Casa "seconda" Meravigliosa!

Ho soggiornato in "casa seconda", completa di tutti i comfort descritti, vista mare favolosa, non mancava niente in casa. L'unico lato negativo di tutta la bellissima casa è forse l'ubicazione ovvero non c'è un paese con un centro ma solo una zona di supermercati dove fare la spesa e si è costretti sempre per ogni spostamento a usare la macchina anche per andare semplicemente al mare. Se dovessi tornare in costa Smeralda però non avrò dubbi su dove andare...sicuramente tornerò qui!

VACANZA IN SETTEMBRE PIENA DI CONFORT E RELAX

Amante della Sardegna e tappa fissa ogni anno da circa 20 anni, questa casa è in posizione ottimale, con una vista bellissima e vicinissima a tutte le migliori spiagge, la casa è dotata di qualsiasi accessorio confort, arredata nel classico stile sardo e con buon gusto . Veramente Ottimo. Il servizio offerto sia dalla proprietaria Gabriella che dalla sig. ra a suo servizio è carinissima cortese e cordiale, per chi vuole passare una settimana di relax consiglio vivamente questo appartamento . spero di poter soggiornare presto in questo bellissimo luogo .

Vacanza meravigliosa e un piccolo consiglio.

Il posto è meraviglioso, la vista mozzafiato, la posizione strategica. L'unico suggerimento che darei sarebbe quello di installare un condizionatore perché quando è molto caldo serve sicuramente. Non vuole essere una critica ma un suggerimento per rendere il tutto perfetto, visto che in Sardegna le temperature sono spesso molto alte. Grazie ANNARITA

Meravigliosa vacanza e…….un piccolo consiglio

Vacanza da sogno!

Ottima posizione a pochi passi da porto cervo e cala di volpe. La casa è ben attrezzata, fornita di ogni comfort e gode di una vista mozzafiato (sulla baia del piccolo pevero). Massima privacy. Nulla da aggiungere se non la bellezza della costa smeralda con le sue spiaggie di sabbia bianchissima e mare color smeraldo. Lo consiglio a chiunque da ritornarci assolutamente!

ottima posizione ma migliorabile

L'appartamento e' carino, con una bella vista ed in ottima posizione. Purtroppo ci sono 2 cose da segnalare: 1) e' molto, troppo caldo e non e' provvisto nemmeno di un ventilatore! O tieni tutto spalancato (svegliandoti alle 5 del mattino) o non dormi. Se fossi il proprietario farei un piccolo investimento. 2) e' gestito male, in modo iniquo: a NOI, e' stato, giustamente chiesto di entrare nel pomeriggio. come da prassi.... ma il giorno della partenza siamo stati letteralmente SBATTUTI FUORI perche' i nuovi inquilini arrivavano alle 10:30 del mattino (loro, cone noi, avrebbero potuto benissimo andare a farsi un giretto a porto cervo). Non mi si venga poi a dire che e' una questione di pulizie, queste sono state fatte in meno di mezzora. Peccato.... basta poco a fare di meglio.

traumhafte ferien auf sardinien

wir durften im juni 2012 zwei wochen in diesem traumhaften appartement auf sardinien verbringen. die lage ist schlicht perfekt! nahe bei der fähre, nahe bei den schönsten stränden und dörfern und mit aussicht auf die einmalige cala di volpe! signora tonina, die schlüsselhalterin, war äusserst nett und hat uns herzlich empfangen. die anlage ist perfekt in den hang gebettet (das können sie einfach die sarden!) und der gärtner hat tolle arbeit geleistet...die farben im frühling waren atemberaubend! es gibt private parkplätze vor der appartementanlage, mit automatischem garagentor. wir hatten einen hund dabei und dank eingezäumten grundstück konnte der sich richtig austoben. die wohnung war super ausgestattet und mit viel liebe eingerichtet. auch die küche hat spass gemacht, wir haben jeden abend auf der terasse gegessen und die aussicht genossen. die veranda war wirklich ein highlight, auch zum frühstücken! das wetter hat auch super mitgespielt und wir hatten 14 tage traumwetter mit bis zu 35 grad! (also schon fast too much ;-) wir waren jetzt schon mehrmals auf sardinien aber diese wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten. grazie gabriella für dieses angebot und an alle, die mal hinmöchten: daumen hoch! n, c & w aus der schweiz
