Magnificent villa with breathtaking sea view, panoramic swimming pool, garden and WI-FI

ATTENTION - BOOKINGS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - In January 2016 the property underwent a renovation with expansion. All electrical, plumbing and flooring systems have been changed. The new kitchen has been expanded and the bathroom has been moved to another area of the house, creating a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. A bathroom with shower was made in the cottage. A new area for the external shower with hot water was created at the entrance. The property is located in the most panoramic point of Villasimius and has a private swimming pool with sea view, large private garden, porch with table and barbecue and breakfast corner on the golf course, where you can admire sunrise and sunset. The interiors are finely furnished and have every comfort. The villa has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Outside the main house just above the porch there is a small cottage with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
From the villa you can walk in 10 minutes, to the beautiful Campulongu beach.

We loved this villa! Very clear how much care and detail has gone into its design and especially the outdoor living area. The infinity pool is stunning and was such a welcome treat after a day at the beach! The interior was so adorable and well appointed. This villa feels like instant home and provided lovely privacy. Highly recommend it!

Clean House, Perfect View
The house is located on top of a steep hill,so having a car is definitely recommended. From the garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view. There are various pleasant spots in the garden to relax and unwind. Inside, the house is spacious and well-equipped. The annex with a separate bedroom and bathroom is ideal for giving older children their own space. Perhaps the only minor downside is that the swimming pool is not heated. During the peak of summer, this wouldn't be an issue, but if you, like us, stay in the house during the spring, it will indeed be a "cool dip." Other than that, I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place near Villasimius.

Great family vacation
The view from the house was amazing. We loved going to the beaches and exploring the area around Villasimius, but enjoying the evening at the house was the best part. We cooked dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and watched the sun set over the water. Our younger kids got the bunk beds in one room and the teenager stayed in the separate house. There was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sardinia.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Für Selbstversorger fehlt es an nichts. Noch nie eine solche Küchenausstattung gehabt und die Grillabende mit dem Blick auf die Bucht bleiben für immer in Erinnerung. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Paradiso!
Siamo stati in questa proprieta' per una settimana con due bambini di 9 e 13 anni e ci e' piaciuta moltissimo. La posizione e' strategica vicino alle spiagge piu' belle di Villasimius e la vista incredibile. La mattina presto e la sera il silenzio e' meraviglioso e magico. Dentra la casa e' piccolina ma con tutto l'occorrente. Fuori il giardino perfettamente curato e il barbecue sono bellissimi. Unica nota la spiaggia non e' raggiungibile a piedi (almeno in agosto) per la ripida salita, fa troppo caldo. E il costo extra per lenzuola e strofinacci, che secondo me in questo price range di affitto potrebbe essere incluso. Soggiorno nel complesso perfetto, peccato andare via.

Amazing views, gardens and close to the beach
The villa is a lovely size for a small family and the additional annex with en suite bathroom would be ideal for other family members joining parents with younger children. There is a well stocked kitchen and great outdoor grill (with fridge). The infinity pool is beautiful and the terrace and outdoor table are perfect for long relaxing evenings enjoying the view and the stars. There is also an outdoor shower which is a nice touch for returning from the beach. The villa is in a gated estate just across the road from the local beach and the stop for the shuttle bus to Villasimius and Porto Giunco beaches. It would be ideal if the check in lady could speak English but she was very nice and helpful and we got by fine! All in all a fantastic place to stay, that was perfect for us.

Excellente semaine dans une très belle location
Le panorama est grandiose. Il est difficile d'en détacher le regard tant les couleurs de bleu sont magnifiques et la piscine à débordement est très bien intégrée dans ce paysage. La situation en hauteur permet de bénéficier du vent de la mer ce qui est appréciable par temps chaud. Le jardin avec ses transats invite au repos. La maison est sympathique, elle n'est pas très grande mais elle est bien conçue et décorée avec goût. Le studio séparé permet une intimité pour chacun. Elle est également bien située. Un point pourrait être amélioré pour atteindre la perfection : ce sont les matelas qui pourraient être plus récents et gagner en confort. Le lit du studio parait un peu étroit si l'on est habitué à un lit en 160 cm.

Wunderschöne Location in traumhafter Umgebung, jedoch nicht zu jeder Jahreszeit
Sehr zügige und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Lage ist traumhaft. Allerdings muss man bei einer Reise Anfang April damit rechnen, dass viele Geschäfte insbesondere Restaurants zum Großteil noch geschlossen haben. Villasimius ist ein traumhafter Urlaubsort für ab Ende April. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Allerdings hat uns eine Tür zw. Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich gefehlt. Dadurch mussten wir insbesondere bei kühleren Abenden im Haus immer sehr leise sein. Der Müll wurde immer wieder mal vergessen abzuholen. Hier sollte man sich nicht scheuen nachzuhaken. Der Salzwasser Pool ist nicht beheizt - aber immer sehr sauber!
