This small holiday cottage is an annex located in Østerby, approx. 150 metres from the beach. Kitchenette with a small dining section and living room. A ladder leads up to the bed loft, where you find two frame mattresses. There is a lawn where you can barbecue and suntan. The annex / mini-cottage has been built so that it shares land with the main house.
Layout: open kitchen(cooker(2 ring stoves), coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge(+ freezer), freezer(1-59L)), Living/bed room(2x single folding bed, TV(cable, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), radio), bathroom(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), mezzanine(2x single bed), heating(electric), terrace, garden
These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price.:
Final Cleaning; DKK 950, or all cleaning needs to be done by yourself
