The main building consists of a ground floor where large spaces dominate: the kitchen with a large well-equipped island, two large communicating dining rooms, both with TV room, where a large corner sofa will comfortably accommodate you. From the TV room you enter the wellness area: starting from the wooden sauna and then entering the room with a whirlpool bath that can comfortably accommodate 4 people, offering also a beautiful view of the valley or the possibility to use the gym equipment. The wellness area is complete with a bathroom with shower.
Going up the stairs you reach the second floor (also accessible from an external entrance) where you will find a large living room with a fireplace and access to the outdoor terrace overlooking the valley, set up with tables. On the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms (convertible into doubles) and 4 bathrooms with showers (two private bathrooms).
The dependance is a few steps away from the main villa. It consists of a living room with TV and a kitchen with a dining table on the ground floor. Going up the stairs to the second floor we find a single bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa has large outdoor spaces that will allow you to spend relaxing moments on the terrace on the second floor and then enjoy a tasty dinner thanks to the barbecue and wood-burning oven and the stone table covered by a gazebo. The garden extends around the house with paths up to the infinity pool, complete with chairs and loungers and relaxation area with tables and gazebo.
