Ancient country house dating back to the 19th century, large, spacious and quiet, with a private swimming pool and solarium overlooking the valley.
It is located in a beautiful, quiet but not isolated position, surrounded by a private park of around 14,000 sq m, a large lawn, an extraordinary flower garden and centuries-old trees, an organic vegetable garden, orchard and olive grove.
All rooms overlook the garden and are independent, from the terrace and solarium you can enjoy a splendid view over the surrounding countryside to the sea.
Large outdoor spaces and shady corners equipped with deckchairs, armchairs, sofas, hammocks and a barbecue area with a large table for 16 people, give ideal comfort. Perfect for families or groups of friends who want to relax together.
Ideal for day trips, the area is full of archaeological areas, museums, castles, cities of art, marine and terrestrial natural reserves, thermal baths, beaches, cliffs and nearby islands.
You will be greeted by a 'welcome' breakfast with homemade jams and sweets, oil, fresh fruit, all organic products from our countryside.

Wonderful family holiday
This is a lovely traditional country house surrounded by its own grounds but with other properties nearby. It is beautifully quiet (apart from cicadas) and very relaxing. The children loved the pool, which is set in its own gated area; the only downside being there is no shade near it except very early morning and late afternoon. We all immediately felt at home. Riccardo is charming and his English excellent; he was regularly in touch to make sure we had everything we needed, organised the home chef for us one day, recommended restaurants and was very quick to respond to any questions. On arrival there were eggs, butter cheese and jam, a white and red wine, bread and olive oil. The kitchen has everything you could need and plenty of plates and cutlery and there's individual aircon in each bedroom. The village is 5 minutes by car and there are two small supermarkets, an excellent pizzeria, bread shop and icecream parlour. We had a wonderful family holiday and my husband has already mentioned that he'd like to go back at a less hot time of year.

Maison très au calme.jardin magnifique, fleurs et plantes superbement entretenues.A notre arrivée, on a pu disposer de café, lait, bouteilles de vin, huile olive, grande corbeille de fruits, bouteille d eau et de toute l épicerie. Rarement vu dans les autres locations.Location a recommander pour vacances familiales.

Wonderful relaxing rustic villa!
This villa is perfect for large groups with 7 comfortable bedrooms and stunning outdoor areas for swimming, lounging and eating. Our group of 7 friends used the villa as a base for exploring western Sicily, visiting Trapani, Erice, Agrigento, Marsala, Zingara National park etc. Riccardo, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is charming and very well set up for cooking and relaxing. We will be back!

Das Haus ist traumhaft, genau wie beschrieben, mit viel Stil und liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Es liegt mitten in herrlicher Natur ca 1 h von Palermo entfernt. Das Meer mit schönen Stränden sind schon ab 30 min zum erreichen. Zwei Supermärkte in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

La villa est magnifique et Ricardo et Angela (les propriétaires) sont très accessible avant et pendant le séjour. Très bonne taille pour un groupe de 15 (7 enfants et 8 adultes).

Il nostro soggiorno (Agosto 2017) in questa casa vacanza è stato meraviglioso. Casa elegante, bella piscina, proprietari molto ospitali, ottima posizione per visitare l’ovest della Sicilia. Excellentes vacances dans cette villa en Aout 2017. La maison a un certain charme, la piscine et le jardin sont très agréables. Idéalement placée pour visiter l’ouest de la Sicile : les principaux sites (Ségeste, Selinunte, Mazzara del vallo, Erice, Castellamare del golfo, …) sont à 30 minutes de voiture environ. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires.

magnifique maison au milieu des vignes et oliviers
Très belle maison de campagne dans un magnifique jardin et belle piscine. La maison correspond aux photos et descriptions sur le site. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires ainsi que le jardin potager mis à notre disposition. La situation est parfaite pour visiter la partie orientale de la Sicile. Nous recommandons la location de cette maison et y retournerions avec grand plaisir.
