With access to a delightful outdoor patio area, dining al fresco will beckon on warm sunny days. An adjacent dining area with seating for seven around a charming farmhouse table makes an excellent social space for guests to gather. A grand sitting room offers ample seating appointed around a wood burning stove. After a day well spent in the big outdoors, nestle deep into the sofas to watch a film as the stove casts ambient light and warms the room. The tranquil earthy colour palette stylishly combines with well considered design accents to create a coastal inspired sanctuary.
Conveniently situated on the ground floor, bedroom three provides comfortable twin beds that can be converted into a super-king size bed on request, and enjoys verdant views of the garden. Atop the wooden L-shaped staircase, two further bedrooms are located. Spacious and hosting a super-king bed, this bedroom boasts views across the expansive wild flower meadow. Also hosting a super-king bed, the far bedroom additionally offers a single day bed, suitable for a child or adult. Dividing the two bedrooms, a stunning gallery landing stretches the entire length of the barn. These bedrooms are served by a bright and airy shower room.
Outside, the garden is fully enclosed by a traditional stone wall, making it a superb space for supervised children or the dog to play safely. Extensively sized, the lawn is great for playing ball games or for sunbathing. With a barbecue provided, guests can enjoy this space long into the evening. Adjacent fields provide the hunting ground for numerous raptors, with red kites, kestrels and barn owls often seen swooping over the wild flower meadow. A table tennis table is stored in the the utility room to the side of the property, which guests are welcome to use. This utility room is also great for securely storing bikes, kayaks or paddleboards. Parking for up to three cars is available on the gated driveway.
