Sardinia, Gulf of Asinara, Stintino, a stone's throw from the center of the ancient village and near the sea, in a strategic position Casa Ginestra is ideal for those who want a comfortable stay close to all services. Arranged on two levels, it consists of a large room with private entrance, bathroom, separate kitchen with direct access to the covered veranda and equipped for splendid outdoor dinners. On the first level there are two large bedrooms, one double, one triple with private balcony, bathroom. The sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning while the living area, cool and breezy, has large spaces that open onto the verandas. Casa Ginestra has everything you need to enjoy a holiday close to the sea.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist.. City Tax: € 0,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
