The Apartment N. 9 at the Fourth Floor of the Residence Sun Beach.
The complex is located in Piazza Brescia, about 500 meters from the golden beach of Jesolo. It was built in 2020 and consists of two buildings, a common swimming pool with white sand and palm trees and an underground car park.
This apartment is located on the fourth floor of the highest building and has a wounderful equipped terrace of approximately 26 square meters, overlooking the center of Lido di Jesolo.
The apartment is brand new, has an area of about 70 square meters, and consists of:
- large living area with kitchenette and a sofa bed;
- bedroom with double bed;
- second bedroom with bunk bed;
- 1 bathroom with shower;
- 1 junk room.
The maximum allowed occupancy is 4/5 people.
The apartment is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, as well as TV with big screen and air conditioning system. There is also a parking spot and a beach spot at Arenile dei Pioppi, with a beach umbrella and two sunbeds.

- final cleaning;
