The apartment:
The apartment has four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for a total of 10 guests.
The kitchen, separate from the living room, is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances.
The property has two bathrooms with shower trays.
The building has an access ramp to the entrance, a lift and a concierge.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you will need the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
