The dishwasher was broken and they had a sign framed so maybe its been a while. The pullout was broken too. It was a cute little house and we fit well with only 3 of us. The train goes by late at night and early in morning. I'm sure you get used to it if you live there. There was some ice in front of door so we were worried about slipping. Overall it was nice.
Many things were off about this property. It was quaint, I'll give it that. From the musty smell to all the broken amenities, I can at least say we had a roof over our head. We arrived and the white board message said the hide-a-bed was broken, don't use, and the dishwasher was broken, don't use. So for a rental that advertised that it slept 9, we ended up having two of us sleeping on the floor. There were couches, but they were not as comfy as the floor to sleep on. Not impressed. Won't visit this property again.
This home is not safe for kids and has a terrible odor. The bathtub/shower needs to be ripped out and replaced very badly I can smell black mold coming from tub area. I’m a General Contractor and specialize in. Bathroom remodeling, from experience I know all the failed silicone around the tub have led to a serious black mold infestation. There’s dead bugs all over the house and it’s just so old and beat I can’t believe the home owner charges so much for the property and never puts a dollar into it. I asked for a partial refund because as a business owner I realize it’s not fair to cancel day of reservations. Home owner denied my requests and told me I would not receive any credit. Honestly incredibly bad experience overall. BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY!

I loved that there were plenty of beds for a big group. It was clean and right next to the downtown area.
The house is nice, clean, and was in a nice location. The parking lot is large, which is nice to not have to park on the street. I wish i could tell the owners directly, I'm not sure they are aware, but both queen beds in each bedroom were broken, to the point of being very unsafe to use. You couldn't put any weight on either side of the one queen bed without it flipping off the broken box springs. The other queen bed was broken in the one side and you would fall off if you got to close to the side of the bed. The hide a bed was so bent we didn't dare use for fear of breaking it. We would stay again if the beds get fixed. There was also no cable or satellite TV only one remote that controlled the DVD player with streamingservice. We used Vudu for streaming and the few DVDs they had available, And it was fine.
Overall enjoyed everything however maybe add box fans for each bedroom and living room. Got cool through the night but w 100 degree temp it was hot for awhile.

There was someone else’s food crumbs in the bed sheets. A lot of them. The single air conditioning unit did not cool the whole house. Dead bugs everywhere
Everyone had a great time exploring the small town and relaxing at the hot springs. The house we stayed at was also fun. We loved the small house and it’s homey feeling.

Nice little place
Nice for the night.Needs alittle cosmetic work. Washer and dryer would be nice.Overall pleasant stay.
Had a great time, great location, place was clean. Some of the electrical outlets don't work
Overall this place is amazing. Very clean.
Some electrical outlets in bedrooms did not work, toilet leaked around the bottom when flushed. Could use more baking pans. Also a broom would of been nice to use while there. Thanks for a fantastic stay
Place was clean and fine for one night. Some updates have been made but more needed. Couches in living room were very worn. For a quick stop over it was perfect.
