Conveniently located just a short walk from the Town Lift to Park City Resort and within minutes of three world-class ski resorts, our condo is perfectly positioned to make the most of your winter adventure. Plus, with the Sundance Film Festival taking place from January 18th to February 1st, 2023, the location couldn't be better!

We’re just two blocks from historic Main Street, putting you steps away from world-class shopping, fine dining, family-friendly restaurants, art galleries, lively bars, sports lounges, and top-notch entertainment. For your convenience, two major grocery stores are just minutes away as well.

Our condo, affectionately known as a "treehouse in the mountains," features natural wood floors throughout and slate tile in the kitchen and dining area, offering a cozy and inviting ambiance. Enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a Jacuzzi in the master bath, and access to a hot tub in the common area—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. For your convenience, there’s a full-size washer and dryer included.

While free buses are available right outside your door, you’ll also have the luxury of two parking spaces in a heated garage located just below the condo.

Fantastic location and great hosts!

You can not beat this location. Easy walk to town as well as Town Lift which gets you right on the slopes. Very friendly and responsive hosts.

New Year Stay

Jeff and Nikki were communicative hosts and took extra care to ensure we had a great first trip to Park City. The condo was very comfortable, and we appreciated the quality of the bedding. The location was excellent. We walked to Main Street, the Town Lift, and Park City Mountain Lodge. The bus stops were conveniently located close to the condo to facilitate transportation to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and in town.

Wonderful property in the middle of Park City. Jeff and his wife Nikki were fabulous host and their home one of the best supplied VRBO we have ever stayed at.

Super Holiday Stay

We could not have been happier with the stay. Comfortable and cozy living area. Walking distance to everything. The host, Jeff, was super. Very accommodating . He even waited outside in the freezing weather to make sure we got to the right place. Will do again.

Great location & such thoughtful touches

The stay was wonderful. Jeff and Nikki are fantastic hosts. The location was perfect and the condo was spacious and exactly as advertised. What really stood out though is that they had so many thoughtful touches - they left a meal for us on the day we got in, there are chargers (of all kinds) in multiple rooms in the house, they had robes to wear down to the spa, etc. Jeff was kind enough to reach out before my stay to check in with me. Thank you so much!

Great family landing pad for ski trip

Our family of 4 (2 kids ages 7 & 9) loved the calm and cozy apartment. It was a great location directly across the street from the shuttle, a short walk to Main Street/Town Lift. Comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking breakfast and a few dinners a breeze (i.e spices and some condiments, coffee) We opted to use the ski valet at Aloha at the base of PCMR and take the shuttle daily which was less than a 10min ride. If we didn’t have kids with us, walking to Town Lift with gear would have been doable. Would definitely stay again!

Most Hospitable Rental Ever

Jeff and the rental were great. Not only perfect accommodations to hit Park City, but amazing hospitality. Everything needed in the kitchen was available…I mean everything. We felt like we were at home. They even have liquor in the cabinet that was for tenants. Hot tub is accessible through the heated garage and was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Thanks again, and can’t wait to come back.

Family get away

Top notch residence. Very comfortable. Heated underground parking. Close walk to city transport to all ski locals. Can walk downtown without difficulty. Functional outside hot tub. Residence is full of well thought out accessories and pleasing memorabilia. Kitchen has everything needed. We would return in a second. Enjoy.

Christmas ski trip

This was a tremendous place to start. It’s is comfortable and convenient. Covered of street parking that is heated was a God send. The flat is roomy and constable. Felt like home. Hot tub was wonderful. WE cooked s lot and all of the kitchen needs were there. Jeff was wonderful to work with. They are 5 star plus hosts! Jeff contacted me before the trip twice to make sure everything was set and easy. Just a great trip all around.
