The living areas include a kitchen/diner with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining area for four and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a double-size with en-suite basin and WC and a twin, serviced by a wet room. To the outside is a garden and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome, however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, Ground source central heating, hot water and electrics inc in rent. Starter pack provided for woodburner, Bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.7 miles there is shop and within 0.6 miles there is a pub. Y Big is a fabulous retreat, whatever time of year. Please note: As the garden is not fully enclosed, young children must be supervised when in the garden.

Morfa Nefyn is home to a garage, a charming village shop with a cafe, two pubs, and eateries. Both the surrounding town of Nefyn and the popular towns of Pwllheli, Abersoch, and the picturesque village of Boduan offer a variety of shops, post offices, bars, and restaurants, and both are close to the amenities of the famous towns of Pwllheli, Abersoch, and the charming village of Boduan. There are castles and coves dotted throughout the coastline, and fishing, sailing, and watersports are all available.
