My partner, our 11 month old and I travel often. We love the neighborhood and are friendly with our immediate neighbors. Christina speaks fluent spanish and I speak fluent German. I work in the arts and Christina is an attorney for an immigrant rights organization.
Why they chose this property
The apartment is a modern interior space that was gut-renovated and redesigned in 2021. The apartment has a private garden, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, full bathroom and queen size bed. The apartment is situated on the nicest block of Greenpoint, Brooklyn in a quiet pocket of Brooklyn just half a block from historic McGolrick Park and a 10 blocks to either the Graham stop on the L train line or the Nassau stop on the G train stop. (or 15 blocks from the Bedford Ave stop)
