BEAUTIFUL BEACH GETAWAY!

This rental is currently fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy.

Spacious and airy 3 Bedroom (1 Queen bed in the master suite, 1 full in the 2nd bedroom, and 1 full bed in the 3rd bedroom), 1.5 bath rental available for a short term rental. Spacious and clean eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and large stove/oven (all NEW stainless steel). Outdoor patio where you can just sunbathe and enjoy a cup of coffee or relax in the sunny and bright living room. Every room has a separate air conditioner (through the wall) and ceiling fan for your comfort. All rooms have hardwood/tile floors and is freshly painted. This is the 2nd Floor of a legal 2-family home and has a separate entrance (side). 4 beach passes are included (must be returned at the end of your stay)

It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops, or delicious dining. And only blocks away (8 minute walk) from the Long Beach LIRR station -- a 50 minute train ride from Penn Station. The house is located on a quiet block with plenty of street parking. Only a 5 minute drive/cab ride to the neighborhood nightlife! Clean, updated, and well-cared for home.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. NO SMOKING PERMITTED - no exceptions. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Private Owner, NO fee. $299 per day - discounts available for longer terms

Pleasant stay

This property is well maintained and in a great location. On-site parking was so helpful and having the beach equipment and wagon were wonderful. Would definitely book this again!

Convenient to beach and LIRR

The apartment was just as described: 3 private bedrooms on the 2nd floor, with living room and kitchen. We were also pleased with the little outdoor terrace. Location is fantastic - easy walk to the beach, restaurants/coffee/bars, and to the LIRR for easy travel to the city.

Great Stay

The owner was very accommodating and had the listing ready when we arrived. It was after 10:00pm and the lights were on. It is a safe neighborhood. The listing is bigger than I expected. There is a large family room and smaller deck too! The bedroom sizes and kitchen are good was well. Close the the beach, restaurants, and shops. I would recommend this listing.

Great beach stay!

We found Karen’s place to be the perfect stay for our beach weekend. Super close to the beach and very clean. The check in process was very easy and was able to get in touch with Karen at any point.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our time here. The property was spotless and everything was in order. They even provided all of the linens. Karen was in constant communication but hands off. She provided us with clean sheets halfway through the week. It is an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk and convenient to town including bars, restaurants and grocery store. We would stay again.

Long Beach

Stayed for a wedding, had beach passes and parking which was great. Host was great and attentive. House wasn’t the cleanest of homes but still a good experience overall.

Enjoyed the stay!

My family and I just finished a quick getaway to Long Beach. The property was much like so many other Long Beach homes. Plenty of rooms. Small deck to enjoy the sunshine and an easy walk to the beach! As an owner, Karen was very responsive to any questions that came up. We really enjoyed our stay.

Would not recommend!

I have stayed at several HomeAway rentals and this one was very dirty and rundown. I was very disappointed in the rental. We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t wait to get out of there. Kitchen cabinets and appliances were extremely dirty. Beds were just a sheet and blanket, no bed spreads, one room didn’t have window covers. Anyone could see in. Bedroom carpets hadn’t been swept in like forever. Don’t waste your money, wouldn’t recommend. :(
