Nice villa but we had a lot of issues with it during our stay
The villa was very modern and nice however be aware that many things don't work. We arrived at the villa and were told that we couldn't check in until 5pm. On the booking check in should have been available from 3pm. We had a nice lady show us the features of the vila including the lift. We had booked the villa especially as it had a lift as one of our family members was in a wheel chair. Unfortunately the lift wasn't working properly and was very temperamental during our entire stay. This made it a very stressful time. The follow up communication from the rental agents about the lift was appalling and it wasn't fixed for us. The spa was also not working and we were told it would be fixed the next day. It wasn't fixed at all. The pool was freezing cold so we couldn't use it and the surrounding houses were building sites so the location wasn't that pleasant. The lift, pool and spa have been marketed on the booking as features of the villa. None of them worked. Communication after our stay was also not met even after I personally messaged the owner of the rental agency. Given the price we had paid for the villa we believe the villa was not worth the money we paid to stay there. I would not recommend this as a place to stay.
