5 AC bedrooms, well maintained villa with attached bathrooms only One minute walk to a soft sandy beach. Close by is Kathaluwa and Kabalana surfing spots.
Living and dining on a Long and spacious veranda with ceiling fans facing well maintained garden and private pool. A large and spacious tiled modern kitchen.
4 bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the 1st floor.
Each bedroom has Air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, attached bathroom and beds with mosquito netting.
5 bathrooms with hot and cold water, rainfall shower, fresh white linen and toiletries provided.
15 minutes to Unawatuna and Mirissa tourist beaches, cafes, whale watching and diving centres. 16 km to Galle UNESCO declared heritage site and Hadunagoda white tea plantation.
Occasional sounds of passing vehicles and the train can be heard to the garden and veranda.
The villa is staffed. On request chef services provided
Our cluster of villas included 3 beach villas just across the road. If the beach villas are not occupied, Surf house guests can spend the day at the beach villas at No extra charge.

South Point Surf house is only one minute walk from the beach and Sea. It is close to surfing spots in Kathaluwa and Kabalana/Ahangama. 15 minutes driver to tourist beaches in Unawatuna and Mirissa. 16 km to Galle UNESCO heritage site.
