Walking distance of about 15 minutes to the center (Marina with tourist infrastructure - restaurants and shops) as well as to the sandy, wide beach. In the immediate area there are 5 golf courses, a tennis center, a fitness trail and many paths and trails for cycling and walking. In the near distance Aquapark and Aquarium.
The apartment includes a private pool and 2 terraces equipped with relaxation equipment. Bedrooms with comfortable bed and TV set, a living room with the possibility of sleeping for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen (Bosch system), bathrooms with shower.
Additional equipment includes a 55 "main TV, a safe, free wi-fi, fully air conditioned and with hair dryer in the bathroom.
The whole is complemented by 2 swimming pools, a large green garden and free parking.
