Our cozy recently remodeled chalet is the perfect home away from home for your next family or couples getaway. Situated on 1/2 acre of land, nature is right outside your door. An easy drive allows access to the Poconos best attractions including skiing, indoor and outdoor waterparks, state parks, outdoor adventures, casino and shopping outlets. The house is equipped with fast wifi internet and HD TVs and Roku/Netflix which will keep you connected and entertained. Central air/heat will keep you comfortable during your stay. The kitchen has what you need for a home cooked meal, and easy cleanup secondary to being equipped with a dishwasher. Gas fireplace keeps you warm on chilly nights. The driveway fits up to 6 cars (no street parking is permitted).

Indoor hot tub room, with heated floors, accommodates 7 people.

Outdoor grill available for use.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day: Community pool, 9 hole executive golf course, basketball court and tennis court accessible to up to 6 guests concurrently. Inquire prior to booking if more than 6 passes are needed.

Guests will be provided with an electronic key code for self check-in. Hosts will not be on site, except for emergencies.

House Rules:

-No smoking
-No pets
-No underage drinking.
- No parties.
-Be respectful of our neighbors
-Must be 23 years old to rent. Anyone under 23 must be accompanied by parent, guardian, or responsible person.
- No outdoor fires, per community rules
- No fireworks permitted on the property or within the community.
- All Terrain Vehicles are not permitted in the community.
-Community pool, 6 guests permitted at a time.
- Pins are required for use of community amenities. 6 are provided. Pins must be left in the rental after check out. Please keep track of pins, as the community will not provide us with new ones if you lose one. Failure to leave the pins behind will results in a $50 fee per pins.

-This property contains amenities (including but not limited to bunk beds, a fireplace, and a hot tub) which can potentially pose danger. By booking, you agree to supervise and take responsibility for the safety of all guests.
-All guests must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners and their agents, employees and subcontractors against any and all claims and actions arising from guest's stay, including, without limitation, expenses, judgements, fines, settlements or other amounts.
--Guests must dispose of all garbage in neighborhood dumpster at checkout. Any trash left in or outside the house will be subject to a $50 additional cleaning fee.
