Centrally located place with walking distance to attractions, train station, metro and restaurants. Our family, 4 adults stayed in the apartment, it was a safe and clean place. Silvia was there to check-in and she was very friendly.
We only stayed two nights but it was delightful. Place was clean, convenient, and priced well. Easy walk to restaurants, the Colosseum, and the Roman Forum. We would stay here again if we return to Rome.
We had a wonderful stay at this Rome apartment! It’s located in the Monti neighborhood, which was absolutely perfect—full of great restaurants, cute shops, and super walkable. It was also just about a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum, which made exploring really easy. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. The host was very communicative and made everything smooth. We especially loved the balcony and the artsy, fun decor. Highly recommend this place, and I’d definitely consider booking it again next time I’m in Rome!
Really enjoyed our stay at this cozy yet spacious apartment in Rome. Check in and out was easy and Silvia was a perfect host with great communication and willingness to help with any questions. Location is fantastic too, a short walk from the main sites but tucked away enough to avoid noise and crowds. Dozens of great local restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well so we never ran out of places to eat Would highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in Rome.
This apartment/loft is so cute! So close to the colosseum and the train station as well as many other great places to visit in Rome! It was very easy to find and the host had great communication about check in/check out. Many great amenities such as a stocked coffee maker and shower products and the place was very clean and ready for us when we got there. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend!
The apartment was perfect for us - ideally situated and close to everything. Sylvia was an amazing hostess - nothing was too much trouble for her. I would thoroughly recommend this venue for any visitors to Rome
Great place to stay.We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time. The apartment is really ideally located to visit Rome. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood with many sights nearby. We often took an evening walk along the Colosseum, the Pantheon and the Trevi fountains and this took us less than an hour. The restaurants in the area are also very nice and tasty to visit (Black Market and Trattoria Al Tettarello, nice Italian atmospheres). We met the host Sylvia personally and she is really very nice and very helpful. When checking in, it was a bit difficult for us, there was some 'noise on the line', but this was eventually resolved well. We do not understand reviews with 2 out of 10 stars, unless you maybe expect the Waldorf ;-).We would love to come back again.
Well located for easy access to most attractions, with a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants nearby. The apartment is set in an old building with unique character and was perfect for our brief stay. What made things better was our host went out of her way to make things as easy as possible for us.
Property and location were perfect. Our host Sylvia was incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of her way to ensure our stay was easy and enjoyable. She also allowed us to store luggage after check out which allowed us to explore more of Rome.
A quaint loft in the perfect location to take in all the history of Rome. Our hostess was absolutely wonderful - so incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
Sylvia was an incredible host, and we had a wonderful time in Rome! Thank you for a memorable stay!! The location was convenient and lively with great restaurants and cafes around.
Spacious accommodation with nice bathroom and good shower. Welcoming host and good communication from Mr Dinesh (we arrived quite late on a Sunday evening, but he was there to meet us).
Great location close to main city attractions - colloseum, forum, etc. but still nice and quiet. Also nice seating area outside.
Coffee provided and toiletries
Sofa bed downstairs, had to ask for linen. WiFi a bit hit and miss.

Host was so welcoming and property has an amazing history. Very convenient area, walkable to colosseum and all kinds of places. Very comfortable room, beds, air conditioning. Small interior balcony and shared courtyard. Kitchen equipped for basics, linens baths and floors very clean but decor needs a cleaning. Overall a unique, special place to stay.

Sylvia and this place is amazing! Sylvia let us check-in super early and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had no issues during our stay. The loft was nice and clean and perfectly set up. This is the place to stay for your time in Rome!
We had an amazing time at this property. This unit we stayed in was one of several situated on this property that also had a cute communal courtyard area. It’s such a fitting place to stay when you’re in Rome because it has a story of its own. The property has been in the owner’s family for many generations and she provides a nice tour when you arrive. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable (and speaks English). This unit we stayed in was very stylish, comfortable, and in a great location for a tourist, we loved it! Highly recommend!

The worst property that I have stayed in the whole world. The first time that we got screamed (yelled) multiple times by the host simply by:
1. Explaining that the hot water is not working (water is cold).
2. Washing twice in a week stay (6 nights stay).
3. Saying that we didnt break the curtain.
Each time the host Silvia screamed at us over the phone. No matter what thats not something a host should do.
I have stayed accros in 30 countries plus and being an Expedia Gold member. This is by far the worst stay. If you want to be screamed at and be verbally abused please stay in this property otherwise go with other accomodation. There are so many better options in Rome.
The property was gorgeous!! The owner was so kind as she showed us around and told us about the history. It is clear that she cares so much about this place! It was clean with coffee, shampoo, soap etc. The location is very close to the Colosseum! Could not recommend enough !
We stayed for one night and could not have had a better experience. Everything was prepared for us and we received a recommendation to an amazingly delicious restaurant near by. Silvia accommodate our need for luggage storage and also had some entertaining stories to share about the building. Highly recommended!
