Outside:  Enclosed southerly-facing garden to the rear with terrace, wooden gazebo, lawn and range of outdoor seating options.
Parking:  Private parking for one car opposite the cottage.
General:  Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
Pets:  Max 2 dogs - £25 per pet per week.
Accidental Damage Deposit:  You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
