The property is a ground floor Studio apartment with double bed, kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also a terrace with table and chairs. There is Air Con, doubling as a heater in the winter months, and free WIFI. There is a large smart TV too. The kitchen has an oven, hob, toaster, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
The complex has a large communal pool. and is a five minute walk to Peyia Village and a short drive from Coral Bay and its beaches.
There is also a small gym and sauna within the complex making a popular place for a holiday base.
We also have the studio apartment opposite this property so two groups can stay together without sharing your living space. Please enquire if you want to hire both apartments. discounts for hiring both apartments together.
