This is the perfect base for a family of up to eight guests to enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of the East Devon countryside.
As you enter the property, head into the cosy living room which is furnished with comfortable seating and a Smart TV with Freeview. The separate dining room is the perfect space to enjoy a home-cooked meal with family or friends. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. The shower room is accessed from the kitchen and is fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
After a busy day exploring the area, relax in the back garden which has a lawn, decked area, outdoor seating and garden furniture. This private space is a real suntrap with views across the countryside and it is a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee. As the evening draws to a close, head upstairs and drift off to sleep within one of the four well-presented bedrooms. Two rooms each have a double bed, the third has a kingsize bed and the fourth has a single trundle bed which can be set up as twin beds if requested. The family bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, toilet and sink.
