Family holiday home.
The house was built in 1977 and fully renovated in 2021. It is a countryside house with a large garden and many parking spaces located between the city of Limassol, its popular Governor's sandy beach, and not far from the city's mountain. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. Apart from the kitchen and the living room it also has an ekstra living room with a sofa that can be converted to a bed. The bedrooms and the living room have AC’s.

Born in Cyprus in 1957, lived in Norway for about 40 years, and back to Cyprus 10 years ago.
Why they chose this property
Fully renovated in 2021. Large garden 1000 m2. Located halfway from Limassol to Governor's beach and to the mountain. The whole property will be at your disposal. Many local restaurants are to be found in the surrounding villages, (some offering takeaway and/or home delivery).
What makes this property unique
The house is suitable for family holidays including wheelchair users. Step-free access from the parking slot and throughout the house. A few steps exist from the house itself and down to the garden but those can also be avoided by using the driveway on the rear side of the house to the garden. The main entrance width is 66"/140cm. Except for the toilet door which is only 29"/73cm, all the inside doors widths are at least 30"/76cm wide. So a 26"/66 wide wheelchair will fit perfectly. It has a walk in dusj with a dusj chair.
