two-floor holiday home is independent.
It is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, internet, floor heating system, electric oven, espresso machine, hair-dryer. Pets are allowed with additional fee.

The
holiday home on the ground floor is characterized by its ceiligns with
exposed stones and it consists of a living room with sofas and tv,
kitchenette, dining table and half bath.
On the upper floor of Casa Chianchizze there is the sleeping area, which consists of a triple bedroom with double bed and pouf bed. The room, which is spacious and bright, has access to a balcony.

Casa Chianchizze is in the old town centre of Ceglie Messapica, one of the most beautiful and characteristic towns in the Itria Valley. The main town square, piazza Plebiscito, is within walking distance from the holiday home.
Moreover, it is close to restaurants, cafès and other services. Ostuni is 10 kilometers while the beaches of Ostuni marina are 20 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
