A stone's throw away from Duomo and all major attractions and venues of the world’s fashion & design capital. Porta Venezia station is 2 minutes away, from there only 3 stops (5 minutes) you are in Duomo's square.
Direct 20 min train to Milan Rho Fiera Exhibition Center stops only 2 mins walk away!
The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts.
Spacious 50-square-meter apartment with 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, located on the mezzanine floor (a few steps), boasts a large living room with a 50-inch TV with Netflix, 1 full bathroom with shower, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator, Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher.
The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, washer/dryer machine and a Fibre Option WiFi connection.
The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's perfect for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Milan.
Absolutely great for a family or a group of friends, for either leisure or business.

As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.

Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Perfect location

Flat in perfect location (nice area with restaurants + Cafes). Ground floor flat facing courtyard. Quiet but not much day light. No luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is really missing! All in all relativ clean. Next time I want to stay in a upper floor flat.

Top 5 reasons we love this flat. 5-very close to everything 5-25 min. Close to the metro station 4- Apt. is wonderfully appointed with everything thing you need. Clean and and very cool looking. 5 stars is not enough, this is a lovely little jewel box in one of the nicest parts of Milan. It's a cozy flat with the nicest modern touches. Very well styled and comfortable. There are 2 air conditioners and they work well so you don't need them on the whole time (and its' been a hot summer) and yes, the shower is spectacular, but so is the bed. I work remotely so the internet was critical. We had a problem at the start but Andrea fixed it in under an hour. Speaking of Andrea, what an amazing host. I never met him, but he made me feel as if he was living next door. He resolved my internet issue, as I mentioned, but then proceeded to guide me to some really special spots in the area that the tourists don't know about. Always incredibly fast at responding to my questions. The building is lovely and quiet you can't pick a better location. It's within walking distance of so many great things and the metro is only 2 minutes walk. So, let's give it 10 stars! I do hope it isn't booked all the time so I can return.
