Also, it is a spot for bird watching; however, it is in the heart of the Colombo to provide easy access to any hot spot. For complete peace living with all amenities, this is one of the best locations in the city.
Only ten minutes drive to the 'Waters Edge' where two restaurants are Italian and Japanese. Also a spa and the bar facilities. Diyawanna Nature Reserve Park is at the exact location.
Jayawaradanapura Hospital is within walking distance.
There are several restaurants, street food, nature reserves, jogging tracks, buses and taxis, grocery and food stalls, shopping centres, medical centres, and hospitals within walking distance.
2000 Plaza is well known to Taxi, Uber, and many suppliers and within 15 minutes generally arrive. Public transport, Tuk-Tuk s, busses parked just outside the building.
