With a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate up to three people.
Located in Oltrarno, in a strategic position just outside the old city walls, in Porta Romana, this lovely apartment, with private courtyard and parking, will give you the opportunity to spend a holiday close to the main attractions of our wonderful Florence, as Ponte Vecchio, just 10 minutes walk and Boboli Garden just 2 minutes, but out of the hustle and bustle of the old town and the main tourist circuits.
Entering the apartment we are in the large living room, furnished with large glass table and chairs, sofa bed and TV.
The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster and everything you need to prepare your breakfast lunch and dinner whenever you want.
From the living room you can access the beautiful double bedroom with wardrobe room and the en suite bathroom with large shower.
From both rooms you can access through the outdoor area equipped. From the terrace 3 steps lead to the spacious and shaded courtyard with table and chairs and umbrella to relax after a day of sightseeing, sipping a glass of wine, or to dine al fresco on hot summer evenings.
From the court you have access to the laundry room, with washing machine.

Suonare MIRAGLIA sul citofono  (ULTIMO PULSANTE IN BASSO A SINISTRA) per aprire il portone
Salite i gradini e dirigetevi a sinistra

Abbassate lo sportellino nero e digitate il CODICE 6328,  tirate giù la levetta e prendete le vostre chiavi. Richiudete lo sportello del GAS
Tornate per aprire la sbarra (chiave rosa), parcheggiate l'auto in un posto libero e tornate al portone per entrare nell'appartamento.

La chiave azzurra apre la prima porta, quella accanto al contatore, e appena entrati a destra trovate gli interruttori per la luce.
Di fronte avrete due porte. LA VOSTRA  PORTA E' QUELLA SULLA DESTRA
IMPORTANTE!!!!!! PER FAVORE EVITATE RUMORI ENTRANDO , poiché in quel vano i suoni rimbombano e potrebbero disturbare la nostra vicina.
Sul mobilino di fronte appena entrati, troverete il cartello da lasciare sul cruscotto della vostra auto perchè i posti sono assegnati.
Ricordate che le persone che vivono accanto non sono in vacanza, quindi vi preghiamo di non urlare ed evitare rumori molesti, per mantenere buoni rapporti d vicinato.
