In the living area, the fully equipped kitchen has a door to go outside onto a small green space. The living area is complete with a two-seater sofa with a workstation for smart working. The sleeping area divided by a bookcase is complete with a fixed double bed with a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment has an exclusive parking space in the internal courtyard where we also find space for bicycles. The apartment also offers the use of two free bicycles.
