Great views in the hills

We had a good stay at Elisa's place. It was very clean and well equipped with very nice views from the patios. You will certainly need a car as it is located on the hills of Bargecchia with a long winding road leading up to the property. Parking is in the street and not on-site.

Everything perfect for our needs

Simply perfect, everything was there. Fantastic view from outside, Pisa-Tower visible with the telescope from the balcony. Inside heating, air-conditioning, big wardrobes for your things, fridge, oven, everything to cook by yourself, micro-wave, toaster, water-cooker, coffee-machine, streaming TV, books, informations etc. etc. We missed nothing, but that is an individual thing, so what is different: - really high speed glas fibre internet connection - bathroom is small, but big enough - difficult parking outside if neighbourhood is busy - absolutly clean - very nice contact - very flexible if you arrive or leave early We can really recommend this house.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus war geräumig, sauber. Man konnte die Abende mitten im Grünen, auf der Terasse genießen. Minuspunkt ist das Bett, welches so federt, dass man automatisch wach wird wenn der Partner aufsteht. Auch die Mücken sind etwas lästig, diese kann man mit guter Ausrüstung von Gastgeberin bekämpfen

Tolles Haus, gastfreundlicher und herzlicher Empfang

sympathische, gastfreundliche Vermieterin beziehungsweise Mitarbeiterin; unkomplizierter Checkin und Check out. Etwas entlegener Ort, aber mit sehr guter Pizzeria beziehungsweise Restaurant im Ort. gut ausgestattetes Haus mit toller Terrasse und Fern Hat blick. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen.

Ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral für Ausflüge

Persönlicher Empfang von Vermieter( in ), auch ein kleiner Willkommens-Snack und Wein stimmten uns (Familie mit 3 Kindern, 6, 9,12) gut auf den Urlaub ein. Große Terrasse, auf der sich für uns das Leben abspielte- wobei es auch drinnen zu kälteren Zeiten sicher gemütlich sein kann. Küchenutenutensilien und weitere Einrichtung völlig ausreichend. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der schöne Blick von der Terrasse und auch die Pizzeria im Dorf, bei der wir uns mehrfach günstig super leckere riesige Pizzen abgeholt und direkt auf unserer Terrasse gegessen haben ( was vor allem mit kleinen Kindern entspannt ist). Die Vermieterin war jederzeit zu erreichen, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. An den Oktober-Wochenenden ist immer ein Fest im Dorf, was eine spezielle Atmosphäre hat und was auch wir sehr genossen haben. Erreichbar ist das Dorf auf dem Hügel über ein paar Serpentinen durch die Olivenhaine. Strand, Lucca und Pisa sind etwa eine halbe Stunde entfernt und Wanderungen in den Bergen etwa eine Stunde. Wir waren sowohl Baden am Strand nach Lago del Torre Richtung Lucca ( ist ruhiger als Viareggio) als auch wandern auf etlichen schönen Gipfeln und haben uns immer auf das Ankommen im Domizil gefreut. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Panaroma-Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Man fühlt sich herzlich Wilkommen in diesem Ferienhaus in bester Lage zu Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und Viareggio. Sogar Siena und die Cinque Terre sind in guter Reichweite. Empfabgen qurden wir mit Bruschetta, Oliven und Wein. Zum Geburtstag unserer Tochter lag sogar ein Gesechenk auf der herrlichen Terasse mit Panoramablick. In der Hitzeperiode waren die Klimaanlagen ein Segen.

Très agréable pour dîner

Terrasse et aperitif de bienvenue particulièrement agréables mais nous avions pas compris que nous devrions verser 50 euros en cash pour le ménage à notre départ. Elisa et son mari sont très agréables.

Urlaub in der Toskana

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit einer wundervollen Terrasse und einem traumhaften Blick über die Berge bis hin zum Meer. Das Haus war gut eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Um zum Ferienhaus zu kommen mus man eine kleinere Bergtour machen die für uns am Anfang sehr spannend vorkam, was aber mit dieser tollen Lage fernab des Tourismus immer wieder belohnt wurde. Von Bargecchia hat man es nicht weit nach Lucca und Pisa und in die wundervolle toskanische Landschaft. Im Ort gibt es ein nettes Restaurant und drei kleine Läden (Schlachter, Obst und Gemüsehändler und ein kleiner Supermarkt) Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen !!! Gruß Harald und Hannelore

Casa accogliente e tranquilla

Abbiamo trovato la casa attrezzata e pulita. La zona è silenziosa e tranquilla. La connessione internet non arriva in tutti i punti del paese, però è presente in modo stabile dentro casa grazie al modem. L'aperitivo di benvenuto servito nella cucina spaziosa è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. Proprietaria e collaboratrici gentili e professionali. Unico neo, non correlato alla struttura: la strada per arrivare può risultare scomoda tra curve a gomito e corsie molto strette. Consiglio questa casa, noi siamo molto soddisfatti della scelta.

Sehr toller Urlaub in einer grandiosen Umgebung

Das Objekt ist in den Hügeln über Viareggio sehr gut über die Autobahn (15 min) zu erreichen. Von der Ausfahrt geht es aber eine spannende Serpentinenstraße hinauf. Die Aussicht entschädigt alles! Vor der Wohnung selbst ist die Straße sehr eng und es gibt keine reservierten Parkplätze. Wir haben deshalb 100 m über den Hügel auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz geparkt und dabei nie das Gefühl gehabt, dass dies nicht sicher sei. Das Objekt hat eine tolle Veranda und zusätzlich einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Schiefen Turm in Pisa (Fernglas) Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete offene Küche, hat einen Kamin. WLAN, ein bequemes Schlafzimmer, ein Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett. ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, WC und Bidet. Elisa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns am Tag 1 mit kleinen Snacks und Oliven und -öl aus dem eigenen Garten empfangen. Ein Problem waren Mücken. Elisa hat dafür vorgesorgt und Duftkerzen und Verdampfer bereitgestellt, die wir aber (zu unserem Schaden) erst später benutzt hatten - da wir sowas nicht kannten. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gab es natürlich auch. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, das es im Sommer auf der Veranda recht warm wird. Die Wohnung selbst hat aber großen Markisen, die typischen italienischen Fensterläden und eine Klimaanlage. Im Ort selbst fand am Wochenende ein tolles Volksfest statt, bei dem man ungewöhnliche Gerichte der Region probieren konnte. Es hat großen Spaß gemacht, daran teilzunehmen. Weiter gab es dort einen kleinen Tante-Emma Laden mit Möglichkeiten für den ersten Tag einzukaufen. Danach sind wir dann aber in die umliegenden Supermärkte gefahren. Bargecchia ist sehr günstig gelegen mit kurzen Wegen nach Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, Massa und eben auch Viareggio. Der Weg nach Florenz ging in ca. 1 h über die Autobahn auch ganz passabel. Kurz: es war ein grandioser Urlaub, den wir bei Gelegenheit auch wiederholen würden.

Casa nuovissima, tenuta meglio della mia...ogni cosa al suo posto, un posto per ogni cosa. Una delle poche soluzioni climatizzate della zona. Situata in collina a 15 minuti da Viareggio (3 Km di tornanti, attenzione di sera!), su 2 piani, con patio che guarda la valle e il lago, dove mangiare o semplicemente oziare in piena tranquillità.tutto pulito e nuovo..consigliatissima per chi ha un mezzo autonomo.

Klein, aber (sehr) fein

Das Ferienhaus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Gasherd, Töpfe, (Koch-)Besteck, Espressokanne, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, etc.). Weil wir die ersten Gäste überhaupt waren, wurden wir von Elisa mit Bruscetta, Oliven und selbstgepressten Olivenöl empfangen. Sehr nett! Überhaupt stand Elisa jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und gab noch kulinarische Tipps. Insgesamt stehen 2 Doppelbetten (eines davon ist ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer!) sowie ein Doppelstockbett für Kinder zur Verfügung. Für Familien mit bis zu vier Kindern oder für max. vier Erwachsene ist das Ferienhäuschen optimal. Alles ist recht klein, aber man will in der Toskana ja auch viel unterwegs sein - oder!?! Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick und kann mit dem Fernglas (ist vor Ort vorhanden) sogar den schiefen Turm von Pisa sehen. Es ist sehr still, man hört abends nur ein paar Stimmen im Tal. Auf der Tereasse kann man jederzeit wunderbar speisen, dank ausfahrbarem Sonnenschutz auch tagsüber. Ein Grill lädt zum Outdoor-Zubereiten von Fleisch und Gemüse. Im Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmern ist jeweils eine Klimaanlage vorhanden, so dass man es sich (nachts) schön kühl machen kann. Mückengitter vor jedem Fenster erleichtern das Leben deutlich ;-) Insgesamt ein wirklich überzeugendes Feriendomizil, das wir gerne wieder buchen!
