From here you can internally enter the house into the living area or climb up the stairs at the side of the house to enter into the house. The first level comprises a large double height living space with spectacular views over lake Annecy. A large living and dining area with modern kitchen opens out onto a tiled patio with awnings for shade, seating areas, and an infinity pool.
On this level there is also a laundry, separate toilet, master bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 1 double bed and 1 twin bedroom. The mezzanine level offers an open plan relaxing area or office space and 2 further bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin, as well as a Family bathroom.
The house is not suited for guests with disabilities or limited mobility/ Ce logement n’est pas adapté PMR
