Formidable

Ma compagne et moi recommandons très vivement cette charmante résidence avec son charmant restaurant au bord de plage à seulement 100 mètres ainsi vous trouverez également (une piscine immense, un terrain de tennis, un terrain de boules). Nous sommes resté coincé la-bas pendant tout le confinement et cela c'est royalement bien passé, les personnes habitants à l'année sur le site sont au top..... La résidence est calme, propre et surtout bien sécurisé, vous êtes à 5 minutes d'une des plus belles plages de la Guadeloupe (Les Raisins Blanc). Et aussi à 5 minutes en voiture du centre (restauration, alimentation, boulangerie, traiteur local, primeur, tabac, etc...) Le prix de la location est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous vous souhaitons un bon séjour en Guadeloupe.

Même ressentie que l'avis précédent. Les points positifs: - La résidence est agréable et bien entretenue. - L'appartement est bien situé. - La vue est agréable sans être exceptionnelle. - La plage et la piscine sont très rapidement accessibles. Les points négatifs : - Pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée et à la sortie. - Un accueil laissant à désirer effectué en coup de vent : - Il aurait été appréciable de fournir quelques informations en plus (utilisation d'un badge pour accéder à la piscine, survenue de coupures d'eau d'où la présence de bouteilles sur le balcon). - Un petit cadeau de bienvenue aurait été apprécié, par exemple un pot de confiture. - Clairement un bien mal entretenu voir non entretenu : - La lumière de l'entrée ne fonctionne plus. - La prise électrique utilisée pour la cafetière, le micro-onde et le grille pain à tendance à faire sauter l'interrupteur différentiel. - Les persiennes à cotées de la cuisine ne fonctionnent pas. - Le sol de l'appartement n'était pas propre à notre arrivée. Autre remarque importante: - Le studio est noté pour 4 couchages (Lit 150*200 · Lit 1 place · Lit enfant). Les 4 couchages sont bien présents mais au delà de 3 personnes cela paraît compliquer de circuler dans l'appartement. - Il s'agit bien d'un réseau wifi ouvert. Par contre la réception dans l'appartement n'est pas terrible. Nous avons rendu le logement plus propre qu'a notre arrivée.

Emplacement exceptionnel dans résidence remarquable ,mais impression défavorable concernant le logement :aménagements d'origine défraîchis ,pas de douche ,machine a laver,four de cuisson ;vaisselle de propreté douteuse, accueil limite de la correction après observations concernant cet état des lieux...

Séjour très agréable à proximité de St François

Residence arborée très bien entretenue avec une piscine fabuleuse. L'appartement est simple mais très fonctionnel et avec une vue sur la piscine et la mer. Magnifiques levers de soleil derrière les palmiers pour les lèves tôt! Nous reviendrons l'an prochain.

super séjour, magnifique piscine, studio bien mais manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine comme un grill pain, la télé pas top, manques de chaines, mériterais une box surtout pour la wifi beaucoup de mal à capter. Sinon super emplacement et super vue.

Very good place and location.

The property is strategically located in St. Francois neighborough , with a sigh t of the ocean from the balcony. Equipped with everything you need for a short staying for a couple. The proprietor Maxen is readily available for any enquiries.

tres bien

situation sympathique pour familles avec enfants ! belle piscine jolie plage ! dommage que le restaurant sur la plage n'existe plus et qu'il n'y ai pas de possibilite ni d'y manger ni d'y acheter quoi que ce soit! (saufpour le pain le matin ily avait un noulanger avec sa fourgonette qui venait vendre son pain ce qui etait fort pratique . ! lL'appartement que nousavons loué etait simple et pas trop bien equipé ( pasde lave-linge ni grille pain ) mais cela suffisait pour passer un sejour correct ! Mais j'ai eu l'occasion de voir un autre appartement ou la deco et l'equipement etait plus adaptés et recherché ... plus acceuillant ! Durant le weekend de Paques difficile de trouver un emplacement pour se garer le soir ce qui etait embétant :-(
