A cozy cottage in a little piece of heaven

Well appointed with all the amenities we could want, and more. Spotless throughout, plus a very comfortable bed. The most beautiful setting in a storybook village! I came here to see and experience where my great grandmother was born, and was overwhelmed with the beauty of this very special place! I will never forget Rowan Cottage and Wanlockhead!!

To Be Avoided

The most unhelpful owner/manager I have evr come across in 45 years of staying away. Property was only superficially clean but reasonably well appointed. The location left a lot to be desired.
