Good location but

Whilst the house is modern and in a quiet location would not recommend for English visitors as listing is not accurate. You will have to bring your own bedlinen, (including French square pillow cases), towels and tea towels. The barbecue was rusty and had not been cleaned. We have stayed in self catering accomodation in France for over 30 years and this was one of the least pleasant experiences we have had.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très reposante dans cette belle maison bien équipée, fonctionnelle, au calme dans une impasse. La maison est idéalement située à proximité du bourg d'Erdeven et de ses commerces qui sont accessibles à pied grâce à un petit sentier piétons à côté de la maison. Super vacances

Maison grande et fonctionnelle tres bien equipee. Proche des restaurants et commerce on peut tout faire a pied. Les plages sont magnifiques et 3 km environ. Nous avons pu visiter le golfe du Morbihan ainsi que Lorient tout est a environ 30 minutes. Tres belle region

Vacances Juillet 2023 à Erdeven

Nous avons passé 3 semaines merveilleuses dans la maison de Karine et Bernard. La maison moderne et calme avec de belles douches du sol au plafond etait très pratique et confortable pour notre fille en fauteuil roulant. Karine et Bernard ont été très gentils et arrangeants. La seule chose que nos filles ont regretté, c'est qu'il n'y avait que des chaînes de télévision françaises. Difficile pour nous étrangers. Si nous voulons revenir à Erdeven, cette maison serait certainement notre premier choix. Roswitha et Martin avec Jennifer et Nicole

Ein bisschen Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit wären hilfreich

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit Nähe zum schönen, feinsandigen Strand. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber zweckentsprechend. Obwohl das Haus relativ neu ist, sieht man an einigen Stellen, dass sich niemand wirklich drum kümmert. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht. Das was für uns sehr ärgerlich war, war der Zustand der Haushaltsgeräte. Dreck vom Vormieter in der Spülmaschine, die Kaffeemaschine völlig verdreckt, die Waschmaschine nicht nutzbar, da voller schwarzer Schlieren. Das war echt eklig. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht in der Nähe, fühlte sich auch nicht verantwortlich dem unsauberen Zustand abzuhelfen. Wir sollten halt in den Waschsalon gehen. Eine Maschine die Woche würden sie uns dann bezahlen. Sehr unschönes Telefonat mit dem Vermieterehepaar. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Region war schön, das Haus würden wir nicht mehr mieten. Auch nach Verlassen des Hauses hat sich der Vermieter nicht mehr erkundigt, wie wir das Waschmaschinenproblem gelöst haben.

Great modern house, good location.

Everything about this house is great, just as described. Fabulous location, near to good beaches, 5 minutes walk to fetch bread in the mornings. Just a note, sound travels easily around the house, it's a bit echoey - small children disturbed grandparents in the night and vica versa. 😄

Toller Urlaub!

Haus und Lage sind perfekt um den Süden der Bretagne zu erkunden. Auch Radfahrer kommen voll auf ihre Kosten.... Immer wieder gerne!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben in Erdeven einen sehr schönen und erholsamen 3-wöchigen Urlaub im Juni 2021 verbracht. Der Ort ist nicht so groß, aber trotzdem gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehrere Bäckereien und der Ortskern sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der weitläufige Strand ist etwa 3 km entfernt. Das Haus ist genauso wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir hatten reichlich Platz und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche zum Kochen, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Ein schöner, kaum einsehbarerer Garten mit grosser Terasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Trotz mehrerer Nachbarhäuser sehr ruhig gelegen. Ideal für Ruhesuchende, aber auch für aktiven Urlaub (Rad, Surfen, Strand) geeignet. Wir haben viele Touren in die Umgebung unternommen, Carnac, Auray, Vannes, Quiberon sind in der Nähe. Es gibt viel zu sehen. Ein gelungener Urlaub in einem komfortablen Haus in schöner Umgebung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und problemlos. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank, M. Cosperec. Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern und im Text beschrieben.

Magnifique séjour

Maison très moderne avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances, il ne manque rien même le cidre et les gâteaux sont offerts. Des chambres très spacieuses avec de grands placards idéal avec des enfants. Tout est disponible pour les bébés (lit parapluie, baignoire, chaise haute, marche pied). Jardin très agréable avec une terrasse et un BBQ le top pour profiter des vacances. Le wifi est un vrai plus et fonctionne très bien. Idéal pour venir découvrir la région, Vannes, Lorient, Quiberon a 30km, Carnac et la Trinité à une dizaine de km. Sans compter la magnifique plage d’Erdeven à 4km en passant par une chemin piéton juste à côté de la maison. Centre ville à pied également c’est un vrai plaisir. Merci aux propriétaires qui ont répondu à nos attentes malgré notre réservation tardive. Au plaisir de se revoir. Amélie, Conrad, Eytan et notre petite Giulia.

Maison spacieuse avec toutes commodités. Emplacement appréciable à proximité du village et pas loin de la mer. Excellente communication avec le gérant pour les procédures d'arrivée/départ et demandes particulières (personne handicapée).

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern möbliert, gut und komfortabel ausgestattet, wir hatten wunderbar viel Platz (die Wohnung war für uns zwei zwar theoretisch eigentlich zu groß, denn mit 3 Schlafzimmern hat auch eine größere Familie wunderbar Platz, aber wir haben es sehr genossen). Auch in der Küche fehlte nichts, wir haben da wunderbar gekocht (wegen Corona waren wir in diesem Urlaub kaum in Restaurants). Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation klappte reibungslos. Erdeven liegt sehr praktisch, es gibt viel zu sehen in der Umgebung, uns hat nur noch ein bisschen mehr Sonne gefehlt zum perfekten Urlaub. Wir können das Haus nur jedem empfehlen :-)
