Classic style Duplex one bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with pool and mountain views. Located in the well maintained and popular Castle Harbour complex in Los Cristianos. The complex benefits from a heated pool and poolside bar/restaurant. A few minutes walk to a wide variety of bars and restaurants along with 2 well stocked supermarkets. Around 15 minutes walk from the popular Las Vistas beach. This apartment is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the complex Basura Huts and then leave the property keys at reception on your departure
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Wifi for use in the apartment can be purchased from reception at a very low cost.
Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool area are charged at €2 per day.
Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
