Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, toiletries, washing machine, crib, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and air conditioning. We would like to inform you that to access the second room with a single bed, it is necessary to pass through the master bedroom, which is accessed from the hallway. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. We would like to point out that to access the second bedroom with a single bed it is necessary to go through the double bedroom which is accessed from the corridor.

Great location, modern apartment.

Great location in the heart of como. Downside is there was only one set of keys which made it difficult to coordinate getting in and out. The master bed is large but very uncomfortable (wouldn’t be a factor for short term stays).

Lake Como visit

This beautiful apartment in the heart of Como was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and we needed for nothing during our stay. Highly recommend.

Fabulous apartment

We had a wonderful stay. Como is such an enchanting town, with a limitless selection of great restaurants, and the location of this apartment is amazing. It's stylish, clean and comfortable, and we loved staying here! My only suggestions would be a) set the underfloor heating earlier before guests arrive in winter, as it takes a full day to warm up. and b) make it clear in the description that the 2nd bedroom is off the 1st bedroom and you have to walk through it to get to the bathroom. Great for a family, but for two couples it would be significant privacy issue. But otherwise I would strongly recommend staying here!

Just Amazing

Perfect apartment in the perfect location. Everything you could want from a holiday apartment - well stocked, clean, central location. Everything was just great and the hosts could not be more accommodating! I would 100% recommend!
