Portinari 7 - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 5
Unsurpassed location, in a very central position with breathtaking views of the Duomo of Florence. Finely furnished apartment, located on the fourth floor of an elegant building. It consists of 1 single bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and two bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with kitchenette, oven, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is completed by a large, bright terrace with a direct view of Brunelleschi's dome. unique to enjoy the city while tasting excellent food and sipping excellent wine.The location is ideal for reaching the most important attractions in a few minutes, moving comfortably on foot and enjoying the atmosphere of Renaissance Florence. Being in a building without a lift, this location is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
