The garden is well maintained with outdoor dining table and chairs, loungers, and a charcoal barbeque. The sun hits the garden from about mid morning and the southerly aspect ensures sun throughout the day.

The apartment is comfortably furnished with hot and cold air conditioning, TV and fibre optic wifi. Included in the rental is a subscription to thousands of channels, current film releases, box sets, sports etc in a variety of languages.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The main bedroom has a super king size bed and a useful dressing area. The doors lead onto the terrace.

The second bedroom has twin beds and, again, lots of wardrobe space.

The apartment is situation five metres from the pool area with its well cared for grounds, an adult leisure pool and a children's pool. There are showers around the pool as well as toilet facilities.

The urbanisation is in immaculate condition and exudes peace and tranquility. However, there is a vibrant night life in Puerto Duquesa with many shops and restaurants and Sabinillas still retains much of the charm of the small fishing village it once was.

There is much to see and do in the local area and there is information in the apartment to help you plan your days. A lot of this information is pre Covid so it would be worthwhile checking before you travel.

We have enjoyed visits to Seville, Cordoba, Grenada and Ronda. A visit to Gibraltar should be high on the list. This small area retains British charm and is excellent for duty free shopping. A trip to the top of the 'rock' to meet the barbary apes should not be missed and neither should a visit to the interior of the rock to get an idea of the rock's history as well as its cultural importance.
