Apartment completely renovated!!

Modern and completely renovated apartment on the seventh floor with a large sunny terrace and panoramic views of the sea, the city and the mountains, located next to all amenities and a very short distance from the beach.
Very well-equipped kitchen open to the living room with dining area, sofa bed with Smart TV (British channels and Netflix), access to the terrace with dining table + 4 chairs and 2 very comfortable folding chairs for sunbathing and sleeping. There are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a large shower. Large master bedroom with room for a baby cot. Second bedroom with single bed and a bunk bed.

Fully equipped property with central air conditioning (hot and cold), ceiling fans, washing machine, climalit windows with shutters, safe box, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, towels, bed linen and fully equipped kitchen.

Very well-maintained community with 4 elevators, beautiful gardens with a large swimming pool for adults and another for children. The pools are open from approximately June 15 (may vary by 2 days) to approximately September 15 (may vary by a couple of days as well).
Wi-Fi, British channels and Netflix available!!

This property is just perfect. Impeccably clean and modern with everything you need for a stay however long or short. Loads of storage and space for everyone. Tv is great for the kids and has English tv plus Netflix, apple etc…. The balcony is huge with a large washing maiden but the best thing is the sunshine that hits you from about 3pm - ish (maybe earlier) until the evening - it’s just gorgeous. The owner makes contact at the time of booking and responds to questions straight away. He meets you at the property to briefly talk you through everything then leaves you to it! Brilliant location, really close to shops and bars and also the road that has the main bus through Benalmádena all the way to Malaga and about an 8 minute walk to the beach. Perfect apartment, perfect location, super host - will definitely return.

Fantastic stay and location was perfect for our little family!

Great location, 4 lifts which were always available, fantastic swimming pool which had a life guard and grass area which is unusual for the surround apartments. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed. Lidl was across the road which made it very simple to pop out and get a fresh breakfast etc. beach approx 8 minutes walk and the marina was approx 15 minutes. Host was fantastic and always available on WhatsApp with a swift response.
