Ginori 29 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4
Apartment, once belonging to the complex of Sant'Orsola. It is located in the central Via Ginori, inside a typical Florentine building.
It can accommodate up to 4 guests, it consists of two double bedrooms each with private wardrobe area.
Complete the apartment a large living area, a dining area with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower.
Strategic position to reach comfortably on foot the main attractions of the city.
The apartment has no elevator and to reach it you need to walk up some stairs, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
