About this property

La Quimera - Jávea

The villa in Jávea is located in a quiet area, just 2 km from the oldvillage and 4 km from the beach. It offers easy access to nearby citieslike Valencia and Alicante without complicated roundabouts. The locationis great for exploring by bike and quickly reaching the old town,shops, and beach.

The house is attractive because compared to most holiday houses in Jávea it is relatively new bungalow on a flat terrain, in a quiet area. The garden is closed and safe. The house has a central part with a spacious entrance, a separate laundry and drying room, a modern kitchen, a large dining room and living room. The largest bedrooms are located on either side of the middle, so that there is privacy between them. Doors give direct access from the bedrooms to the garden and the pool.

The house is modern and equipped with all comforts. This includes a modern kitchen, fibre internet that is available in the rooms, a smart tv hooked up to a satellite with lots of channels, and excellent speakers so you can listen to your favorite music. All windows and doors have mosquito nets and shutters. The house has double glazing, air conditioning in all rooms, and for colder months central heating. The house has solar panels installed (2022).

It's lovely outside. Various places have been created in the garden to enjoy sun or shadow. The naya can be closed on all sides with vertical awnings. The garden is maintained by a Jávea gardener and offers special trees, flowers and plants, such as papaya, avocado, orange, lime, banana, olives. The swimming pool has both solar heating as well as a heat pump, and uses salt to create natural chlorine (better for skin, hair and the environment).
Of course you can also barbecue and/or eat outside.

In short, this is a very practical, spacious house, that through its distribution will make one feel good inmediately. You can celibrate here a lovely holiday that you will remember for the rest of your life.
