This single-storey property consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and a living/dining room with a Smart TV and Freeview, as well as dining seating for two. There is one king-size bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a raised patio garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Please note: Despite the fact that the cottage is on one level, there are two internal steps leading to the bedroom and a little step leading to the shower area. Note: Max 2 adults or one adult and one child over the age of 10 years. The garden's back door has a low head height, and there are steps up to the front patio and down to the garden. The entire area, which is surrounded by woodland, gorgeous mountains, and flowing rivers, is a refuge for walkers, birdwatchers, mountain bikers, and climbers, while Betws-y-Coed town has a fair selection of stores, bars, and cafes. The River Conwy meets its three tributaries here, resulting in a plethora of cascading waterfalls, river pools, and historic bridges throughout the surrounding countryside, the most famous of which is the magnificent Swallow Falls, which is located where the River Llugwy meets a spectacular chasm, creating a sight not to be missed!
