Ample communal parking in parking area close by. Enclosed front garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pet’s and no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Welcome hamper on arrival. Note: Communal laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, each appliance requires £1 coins for operation. Note: The holiday complex borders the Fernhill Hotel (seasonal opening) The Hotel Swimming Pool will normally be open between 10am-7pm daily, non-residents may book a 50min slot the day before/on the day, by calling 01297 560518 between 10am-12midday and making a non-refundable payment of £2 per person (adult or child), maximum 1 slot per household per day, no other form of communication will be accepted, phones will be switched off outside these times or when the allocation is full.
