Within easy walking distance of both the town and the Cobb & Harbour, you sit right in the heart of this traditional seaside town, ideally situated for its array of restaurants, pubs, cafes and artisan shops and galleries.
When you arrive, the simplest way of getting to the property is from Broad Street down a path starting besides the 'Galley Café'.
The flat is not suitable for people with mobility issues or young children in pushchairs because of the uneven private path from Broad Street and the steep steps down to the beach.
Off-road parking for the flat is available just after the turn off into Poole's Court Road near the bottom of Church Street.
