Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One parking permit supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road (no allocated space & subject to availability) within 5 - 10 minutes walk. Small covered seating area directly to the front of the cottage within a shared enclosed garden with lawn and mature shrubs. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3. Note: Fuel for woodburning stove not provided. Note: River beside house, please supervise children at all times. Note: Welcome pack for all guests on arrival.
