Friendly Hostess + Great Location

Fabulous central location on the Market Square, St. Neots. Easy, fast drive to towns and cities or into the local countryside. Clean and comfortable from top to bottom, with all the basic supplies thoughtfully provided, e.g. milk, marmalade, washing soap, etc. For the best sleep, if 'sensitive,' bring an eye mask and use the provided ear plugs. The included car park spot is via a very narrow archway - literally with a few extra inches on each side - and very handy as the town square/parking is being renovated (2024). Sandra is a very friendly, marvellous hostess and easily available as she lives about 10 minutes away. She'll possibly sell this place this summer, alas. Thank you again and cheers! :-)

Great find - lovely property with so many thoughtful touches

We stayed a long weekend to watch some cricket at Kimbolton school. Sandra is a fantastic host and very helpful, lovely touches - wine, milk and tea/coffee; croissants from the bakery downstairs and Sandra’s own excellent marmalade! Very well kitted out with added extras. Some lovely pubs and restaurants. Don’t miss the Rose and Mango Indian - worth the visit alone

Sensational two bedroom house

The two bedroom house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, loads of space, and perfect in every way. We would definitely come again without hesitation.. Sandra is the perfect hostess. And the position is ideal for exploring the area and enjoying the town.

Fabulous!

What a wonderful home to stay in! Just an incredible restoration of an historic home. Sandra was great - showing us around and filling us in on the history. Perfect location- everything you could want or need is all within walking distance and having Lorenzo’s Bakery right there at the door was HEAVEN!!

St. Neots Gem

Wonderful stay at The Market House! - Everything - property, location, hostess and area. We arrived to a gracious welcome after a long fight and tough drive in the rain. Sandra had added extras like milk, fresh croissants from the local bakery and homemade jam. Property is in the middle of town so we could walk to everything we needed. The house is historic and has lovely plaster work and is just gorgeous. Our only surprise was the extra per person charge that I overlooked during booking. We explored the areas but there is so much to see and do we will be back here again soon. Thanks!!
