The View, Sandown
Located on the seventh floor, overlooking the sandy beaches and sparkling waters of The Channel - this modern three-bedroom apartment in Sandown isn’t known as The View for nothing! With the sea (almost) on your doorstep and a private balcony to take in the scenery, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better-situated coastal getaway.
Bright, relaxed and calming throughout, guests at The View will discover three tasteful bedrooms (including two doubles and a bunk bed room) as well as a spacious and sociable living area - flowing from the kitchen, into a dining area and lounge. From here you can step out onto the panoramic balcony, where there’s plenty of fresh sea air to take in - as well as the stunning views across to Yaverland and Shanklin. There are also two newly buffed bathrooms, a lift to take you gently down to street level and a covered car parking space too.
The apartment is on the seventh floor and has lift access.
The car parking space is up on the 1st floor of the apartment block. The gate to access the ramp to the car park is at the far end of the apartment block. Use the black car park fob to open the gate. Point it up at the top left hand corner to open. Once you are through the gate please use the fob to close the gate behind you and drive up a narrow ramp. It is quite a sharp bend so drive carefully. As you come up the ramp the car parking space for Number 55 is on your left. The allocated parking space is a little tight therefore its advised passengers vacate the car first.
