Mermaid Master Suite - 1 King Bed with linens, attached bath with shower/tub combo and skylight.

Bungalow Breeze - 2 Twin Beds with designer linens, can be used as a king, attached bath with shower and full-size washer/dryer.

Camp Mermaid - 2 Queen Beds with linens, attached bath with shower. Private deck overlooking pool.

Kitchen/Living/Dining are open concept, all have spectacular views of the bay. Kitchen features a Keurig coffee machine, Stainless Steel refrigerator, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Jenn-Aire Ceramic Cooktop, Microwave, Counter-top Oven, and standing height bar with barstools. Dining room adjoins the bar area and can seat 4. The living room boasts coastal decor with a sofa, 3 chairs and cable tv.

Outside you will find a lush lawn, ample parking (2 covered), bbq pit, cabana, and a private pool (complete with a mosaic tile mermaid!) with a stunning view of the bay and passing boats and barges.

In front of Casa Sirena is one way street with jogging/bike trail that leads to the downtown shopping and restaurant area of Rockport.

Some of the best wade-fishing can be found directly in front of the house!

Superb location

Our family had a great time at Casa Sirena. We had a 24 hour a day view of the Gulf about 100 feet in front of us. The house is spacious. The pool in back is very well kept. Rockport is a charming place to visit. There are things to see and do, but at the same time it invites you to relax.

Weekend getaway

It was a nice location, on the water near downtown! We enjoyed a chance to spend time with family. With grandchildren that are young adults and teens we could have used another bedroom but it might have been perfect for younger children (grandchildren). The pool was a great feature and greatly appreciated!

Rockport Vacation

Good house to stay at. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. We will be back again as this was our 2nd time to stay here. The view was great and it was very peaceful.

Winter Visit

We loved staying at Casa Sirena! The house is great and the location is amazing! It was such a peaceful spot to sit and watch the sunrise each morning. Host was easy to communicate with and super accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

We LOVE the mermaid house; plenty of room; cute/quaint… spacious… my crew LOVES the front porch with morning sunrises and afternoon shade and the private pool is amazing for relaxing… one way street in front is quiet and if you like the ocean, the water is shallow so walking out; sitting; enjoying some waves… my family’s favorite rental in Rockport

Waterfront - Beautiful View

This oasis offers a beautiful view and is located right on the water. The property has a mermaid theme and is super clean. We enjoyed our stay with good friends and would definitely rent there again!

Needs a little upkeep

One of the windows in the living room was cracked. Edge of the rug in twin bedroom was taped down. No hand towels or wash cloths in bathroom where washer and dryer are located. We still had a lovely time but these things were noticed.

Family vacation in Rockport

Location and water views were great. Swimming pool was nice. Pool was covered in debris and algae upon arrival but owner was responsive and had someone out three times to clean it. We were disappointed that the house was not properly cleaned before we arrived. There were articles of women's clothing left in one bedroom and at the pool, a child’s shoe left on the floor, food and food stains on the floors, melted food residue on a plate in the cabinet, pills on two bedroom floors, pet hair throughout the house, hair pins on one night stand, bath tub had to be thoroughly cleaned, towels left in the dryer, and mold on the walls in one bedroom closet and the HVAC closet. At the completion of our stay we informed the owner of the lack of cleaning. She indicated she'd let them know. Once we cleaned the house our stay was good.

My husband and I had driven by this property many times and truly loved the location and the fabulous view of the water in front of Aransas Bay. We purchased this house from an older couple who had built it from the ground up. She is well-built and homey. Along with our son, who has grown up vacationing in this house, we have enjoyed many days of happy contentment and entertaining. I'm, of course, a huge mermaid fan, and the name Casa Sirena (Mermaid House) is my homage to the sea. We hope you enjoy the salt water and breezes... and the little Mermaid pool!!!

Why they chose this property

Casa Sirena has the best views of Aransas Bay! Its porch is a great place to relax and unwind. The private pool (complete with a mermaid!) is a great addition to fun and enjoyment. The close proximity to downtown stores and restaurants is ideal. The one way street with walking/biking trail is great for exercise and enjoyment. The Rockport beach is a mile away, and the Port Aransas ferry is 30 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Casa Sirena withstood the mighty forces of Hurricane Harvey. Our Community of Rockport took a beating. The home withstood moderate damage, but we have slowly built her back. It will take some time for the landscaping to return, so we do ask patience, sunshine and rain to make her that much more beautiful.
