Beacons View Annex is an adorable, self-contained, light, recently renovated barn conversion in a lovely village called Cradoc, 2 miles from Brecon overlooking the whole of the Brecon Beacons National Park.. Ground Floor:

Welcome pack. . Patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Beacons View Annex nestles in countryside within a small village setting and has fabulous views of the rolling hills of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Adjacent to the owners’ home, the property has an open plan living space with superb views of Pen y fan and patio doors leading to the patio area adjacent to the road. On the first floor is a master en-suite bedroom with a deluxe double bed and additional double sofa bed (for children only). Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, tea/coffee facilities and all utensils. Dining area with large oak dining table and lounge area with 2 leather sofas, Smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi.
The historic town of Brecon is 2 miles from the property where you will find plenty of coffee shops, art galleries, restaurants, bars, military museum, promenade where you can paddleboard, Jazz festival and County Show - be sure not to miss a visit to the Theatre Brycheiniog at the start of the Brecon- Monmouth canal where you can hire boats. It is also a great location for star gazers as the Brecon Beacon National Park is an International Dark Sky Reserve. There is an 18-hole golf course at Cradoc Golf Club with a bar / restaurant that is a 5-minute walk from The Annex.
For those looking to explore the Brecon Beacons, this property is just 8 miles from the base of Pen Y Fan , so you can enjoy climbing the highest peak in South Wales to see the magnificent views of the National Park. The Annex is a fabulous base for walkers, cyclists and pony trekking and only 17 miles from the wonderful 4 Waterfalls Ystradfellte. For those wishing to cycle in the area there are plenty of routes, and BikePark Wales is roughly a 25-minute drive from the property. The literary town of Hay-on-Wye is 18 miles away with its array of book shops and the world-renowned Hay Festival and only 16 miles from Builth Wells where the Royal Welsh Show is held.
