Onze villa bevindt zich op het mooiste stukje van de Costa Blanca, op minder dan 1 km van El Portet, het populairste strand van Moraira en omgeving. De villa ligt in een rustige buurt en heeft zeezicht, een groot zwembad (afgesloten door een hek), een enorm terras met BBQ, een trampoline en veel andere faciliteiten voor kinderen. Het centrum van Moraira bevindt zich op nog geen 5 minuten rijden. Door de indeling is de villa perfect voor een groot gezin of twee gezinnen. Het appartement onder de villa is zelfvoorzienend met een eigen woonkamer, keuken en badkamer. Het appartement is middels een open trap verbonden met de villa.
