This bright and welcoming Sunriver vacation rental home is ready and waiting to comfortably accommodate your group of up to 6 guests as you explore everything this area has to offer. An open floor plan and reverse living layout allows natural light to spill into the second story main living great room where you will find the kitchen, dining room and living room with a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto the upper level deck where you might dine al fresco or grill lunch on the gas BBQ.

On the main level is a queen ensuite, with cable TV, large walk-in closet, attached bathroom with shower over tub.

Head downstaris to find two more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. The first bedroom has cable TV, these bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower over tub.

Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub, a friendly game of ping pong or a leisurely bike ride from this great Sunriver centrally located Sunriver home.

Cozy and convenient

Clean and comfortable with all the necessities. The master bed and bedding was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, nice ping pong table, and attractive decor. We also liked that the upper and lower deck area was fully enclosed, which folks with younger kids and pup might find helpful. Would recommend a couple of space heaters for the downstairs bedrooms, as sometimes it was much colder down there.

Great quiet location

Pros: loved the separate refrigerator and freezer. Tons of cooking supplies. Nice location in a quiet area. Lots of bike trails. Hiking in the area was awesome. The Reverse living layout was awesome. I loved having the living area upstairs. Lots of family time entertainment with ping pong table, games and puzzles. Cons: No access to pool. They charged a resort fee for bikes & internet (didn't feel like it was a good value). Bike brakes were in the pedal versus on the handle bars (I guess called coaster bikes -- did not feel safe riding them) MINOR Cons: kitchen a bit dated and small. The BBQ had not been cleaned in a long time. (took awhile to burn off the grease). Local grocery store was very expensive (buy supplies in Bend, Oregon about 20 minutes away). The mattress needs to be replaced. Very soft (which some may like). Felt like I was sleeping with my head lower than my feet. Bed not even in the master bedroom. Conclusion: I'd stay in Sunriver again but be more careful on what the resort fee covers. I really thought it meant pool access. We did not use the hot tub because of Covid which was expected.

Amazing place

This property has everything you need for a weekend get away. The fireplace made it perfect to coming home to a warm place after being outside! Super quiet area as well.
